Conseiller(ère) à la vente 10-15heures semaine

Naturiste cherche à pourvoir un poste de Conseiller(ère) à la vente à temps partiel(10-15 heures pr emie). Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice régionale des ventes, vous serez responsable de conseiller la clientèle désireuse de se maintenir en bonne santé par des moyens naturels. Plus précisément, vous aurez à:

-Prendre contact et accueillir les clients, déterminer ses bsoins et lui présenter des produits appropriés;

-Proposer des produits complémentaires ou supplémentaires, procéder à la facturation et s'assurer de la satisfaction de la clientèle;

-Entretenir une relation continue avec tous ses clients en faisant des suivis;

-Responsable de l'atteinte de ses objectfs de vente qui peuvent contribuer à la bonification de la rémunération;

-Participer à la réception des commandes, à l'étiquetage des poduits et à leur mise en marché ainsi qu'à toutes les activités qui rend le magasin accueillant et invitant;

-Contribuer à la prise d'inventaire et mettre en application les procédures et politiques organisationnelles pour les produits en dégustation et produits périmés;

-Mettre ses connaissances à jour et se familiariser avce les nouveaux produits;

-Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe afin de contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de l'entreprise;

-Être un ambassadeur de la marque Naturiste.

 

Exigences:

-Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle.

Profil recherché:

-Aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la vente;

-Capacité relationnelles exceptionnelles, aptitudes en communication et reconnue pour son sens de l'écoute;

-Comportement professionnel, autonomie, dynamisque, polyvalent, proactif, empathique;

-Démontre une passion pour le milieu de la santé naturelle.
