Our Fruits & Passion boutiques provide customers with a number of top-quality fragrance, body care and home ambiance collections. As keyholder, you will be responsible for creating an extraordinary shopping experience for our customers. Your job will be to promote Fruits & Passion’s product collection, maximize sales, optimize customer service and ensure customers are satisfied. You will also provide support for the manager and assistant manager and assist with employee coaching and training.

Assistant Manager/Responsible

We put our business in your hands. You will coordinate daily activities and make decisions about the product to achieve business goals. You will be developing the team to ensure the growth and profitability by utilizing the store space. Above all, you will be there to ensure that the demand of each customer is achieved. We are currently seeking dynamic, self-motivated and sales driven people with a strong sense of customer service. Applicants must enjoy working in a team environment. To achieve this you'll have the support of a working team and the open, flexible communication policy of the Inditex group. Your sense of independence and ability to make decisions as well as your knowledge on management, product and retail in the world of fashion will help you.

The Manager is responsible for:

• Following the company's standards while maintaining and increasing the sales of the store
• Hiring, training and developing the sales team.
• Leading by example and offering the best customer service possible.
• Controlling and managing all staff related issues
• Keeping track of inventories
• Making good buying decisions as well as taking calculated risk concerning upcoming collections
• Respecting visual merchandising standards
• Prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities
• Providing constant feedback on the product
